1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of or engagement with Apex Facility Services (“the Company”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These govern all bookings, services, appointments, or agreements between you (“Client”) and Apex. If you disagree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Apex provides a wide range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Security manpower deployment
  • Facility and property management
  • Compliance management
  • Allied and support services
  • Risk management, mitigation, audits, and surveys

Services will be delivered as outlined in your specific quotation, proposal, or service agreement.

3. Service Bookings & Confirmation

  • Clients may request services via the “Book Appointment” feature, inquiry, or direct communication.
  • All requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Apex, which will be conveyed via email, phone, or messaging.

4. Fees & Payment

  • All charges will be as per the mutually agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Payments should be made within the stipulated timeframe—unless otherwise agreed—via the specified mode.
  • Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges, as specified in your agreement.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least X hours/days prior (specify based on your policy).
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests outside this period may incur a nominal fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Grant access and permissions as required to deliver services.
  • Follow operational protocols and health & safety guidelines as instructed by Apex.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business-sensitive information. Confidential data should not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • Apex will perform services with due care and professional diligence.
  • Apex is not liable for delays or failures beyond its control (e.g., force majeure, client delays, third-party actions).
  • Clients shall indemnify and hold Apex harmless from any liabilities arising from Client-provided data or non-compliance with regulations.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or non-performance due to unforeseeable, uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of government). Affected performance is suspended to the extent impacted and during the duration of such event.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice (e.g. X days).
  • Apex reserves the right to terminate without notice for breach of terms or misuse of services.
  • Upon termination, Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to that point.

11. Modifications to Terms

Apex may update these Terms at its discretion. Clients will be notified of changes, which take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
